Processing & Production Time
  • Once an order is placed, it enters the processing phase (2-3 business days).
  • Each shoe is then handcrafted to order (10-12 business days) to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping Time
  • Once production is complete, your order is dispatched. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 17-21 days.

Your shoes will arrive securely packed in a protective dust bag, ensuring both practicality and elegance.

Shipping Responsibility & Lost Packages

  • Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number is provided, Vittoria Heels is no longer responsible for the package. The courier is now liable for delivery.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, you must contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with the courier.

Important Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is undeliverable, we are not liable for lost packages.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may attempt to contact the customer and if re-shipping is required the customer will need to pay any additional shipping fees.

  • If you order the wrong size, you may request an exchange, but:
  • You must cover return shipping costs.
  • You must also cover new shipping costs for the corrected size.
  • A new pair will need to be remade, so please allow additional processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
