At Vittoria Heels, all sales are final as each pair is custom-made just for you. Please review our sizing guide carefully before purchasing.

Sizing Responsibility
  • Our sizes may differ from standard sizing. Use our guide and measure from heel to toe to find the best fit. If unsure, contact us before ordering.
  • If you order the wrong size, you may request an exchange, but:
  • You must cover return shipping costs.
  • You must also cover new shipping costs for the corrected size.
  • A new pair will need to be remade, so please allow additional processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us on [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
